I am only able to offer online counselling. I have found this makes it possible for me to fit around you, this can be via Zoom or phone. Upon request, I am happy to be available to work evenings. My day appointments start at 10am. I am Bupa registered. I am aware cost of living is a concern for many. Concessionary rates are available, also some clients feel fortnightly appointments helpful. In essence, our counselling work is designed to fit around you.

Looking into finding the right counsellor can feel daunting, I understand how much trust is needed This is why I abide by all ethical rules putting the best interest of my client first.
I have specialised in trauma, anxiety and depression for the last eight years with an integrative, psycho-therapeutic perspective. This means I use a range of techniques that best suit your needs to enable you to reach your goals.
